We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and performing detailed expense analysis. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Independently manage and prepare the full set accounts.
• Hands-on processing and approval of expense-related transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage daily cash flow entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Conduct regular expense analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents.
• Drive process improvements in financial operations and systems.
