IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our platform team as a Salesforce Platform Specialist. The Salesforce Platform Specialist will work cross-functionally to manage our Salesforce environment, assess current operations, streamline existing workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of our Salesforce integrations and will collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on firmwide initiatives.
This role blends hand-on administration with opportunities to design, automate, and innovate and is ideal for someone ready to take their Salesforce career to the next level. The ideal candidate has strong foundational admin experience and is motivated to learn declarative and programmatic development (Apex, APIs, and integration patterns).
