ID.me is seeking a Principal Product Manager (PPM) to lead strategy and execution for our Data Acquisition & Normalization initiatives — the backbone of how ID.me ingests, validates, and structures data powering our identity verification and fraud prevention systems.
In this role, you will define how identity data is sourced, standardized, and governed across ID.me’s network. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, and Platform teams to ensure that data flows are accurate, compliant, and optimized for scale. The Principal PM will serve as the product lead for ingestion pipelines, schema management, and normalization frameworks that feed ID.me’s Identity Trust Graph and platform services.
This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role for a data-savvy product leader who thrives on solving complex data problems, designing scalable systems, and shaping how data powers the identity layer of the internet.
As a Principal Product Manager – Data Acquisition & Normalization, you will define how verified identity and trust data flow through ID.me’s platform — shaping the foundation of secure digital identity for millions of users. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to design systems that balance speed, compliance, and precision.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the architecture and integrity of one of the most critical components of ID.me’s platform — from Mountain View, CA, at the heart of our technology organization.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
