We’re looking for a Junior Creative/Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role supports design and visual storytelling across campaigns, content, and identity work—contributing to everything from early concepting to final execution. You’ll collaborate on projects across fashion, lifestyle, tech, and culture, helping to bring creative ideas to life through design acumen and fresh thinking. You should be passionate about visual culture, highly detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a collaborative environment.

This is a hands-on role for a multidisciplinary creative with a strong visual sensibility and a desire to sharpen both design and art direction skills.

YOUR MISSION:

• Collaborate on campaign concepts, content, and visual identity work
• Design layouts, key visuals, and creative toolkits under direction of senior team members
• Support on shoots and production–from research and pre-pro to on-set design needs
• Work closely with strategy, editorial, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Stay up to date on design trends, emerging talent, and cultural conversations
• Contribute to presentations and help articulate the thinking behind the work

YOUR SKILLS:

• 1–3 years of experience in design, creative studio, or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design across branding, editorial, and content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong design sensibility and eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
• Passion for fashion, culture, and digital platforms
• Motion or 3D skills are a plus
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, take direction, and grow in a collaborative team

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
