About The Team
The Senior Manager, QA Automation, will drive the design, rollout, and evolution of scalable QA systems that reach beyond traditional support into complex, insight generating workflows across Sales, Care, and Account Management. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategic goals into structured, data-driven programs that drive measurable improvements in quality, operational performance, and the customer experience.
This is a generalist role—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and is skilled at building programs from the ground up. You’ll lead initiatives from strategy through implementation, defining new metrics, launching scalable processes, and shaping the future of QA at Angi.
