This role accelerates sales by supporting Energy Advisors with administrative tasks.  You’ll be the trusted source of data organization and integrity across our internal systems.  This role serves as a key liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring information flows smoothly and efficiently.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working behind the scenes to support revenue-generating activities. 

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain accurate administrative setup and data integrity across internal systems
  • Collaborate with Advisors to review, update, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Prepare and deliver system-generated client reports
  • Communicate directly with small- to mid-sized clients regarding minor energy contract requests and updates
  • Provide inbox and communication support
  • Coordinate with the Pit Crew (Operations) to resolve customer service issues, ensuring a positive client experience
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling, ensuring details are handled smoothly
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams by managing administrative tasks that improve efficiency and reduce process gaps
  • Provide occasional office administrative support as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, client services, or an administrative role
  • Experience working within CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Comfort working with data and internal systems, and keeping information clean and accurate
  • A naturally organized, detail-oriented approach to your work
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both teammates and clients
  • Energy industry experience is a plus
  • Ideally based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
