We are hiring for two open roles—Associate Director and Director—and will determine the appropriate level based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications during the interview process.
The Associate Director of Program Management will work hand-in-hand with Therapeutics Research Program and Project Leads to ensure strategic and operational excellence across a portfolio of discovery drug development programs and projects.
They will own responsibility for planning, tracking, and reporting progress against key program artifacts, such as budget, resources, risks, and milestones, and share responsibility with the Program Lead for driving alignment through crisp data-driven decision-making and ensuring development of fully fleshed-out program plans while maintaining a high-performing team environment.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Valo Health currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits. Compensation and benefits information is based on Valo Health's good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
Please note: At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who currently have permanent US work authorization without the need for immediate or future sponsorship.
