Job Summary:
The Partnership Development Manager plays a dual role in driving Saxbys' university partnerships forward through both partner marketing and partnership development. This position establishes Saxbys as a thought leader in experiential learning while building awareness of our brand, and moves prospective partners through the pipeline from interest to contract execution. This role bridges research, outreach, communication, and marketing execution to expand Saxbys' innovative experiential learning platform across university and college campuses nationwide.
Partnership Development: Research and qualify new university partnership opportunities, develop deep understanding of academic crediting and campus ecosystems, map key stakeholders within prospective partners, nurture early-stage relationships, schedule meetings across pipeline funnel stages, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and report on and analyze pipeline progress to present to senior leadership and then collectively iterate strategy and execution based on those reports.
Pipeline Management: Move prospective partners through the funnel stages (specifically from Qualified Leads to Interest Stage and then Discovery Stage) and ensure seamless handoff to Implementation teams once partnerships are secured.
Partner Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with leadership to build partner marketing strategy and then translate strategic goals into execution plans, manage multi-channel campaigns targeting university partners, create high-quality partner-facing materials, execute email marketing campaigns, manage partner-focused social media content, track campaign performance, and present insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Senior Partnership Leaders: Schedule meetings across all pipeline funnel stages and provide assessment of progress to improve funnel stage conversions.
Head of Partner Marketing: Collaborate on strategic goals and translate them into detailed execution plans, timelines, and content calendars.
Cafe Marketing: Support planning and on-the-ground execution of partner events, café grand openings, and on-campus activations when needed.
