What you'll do:

• Upload and manage music and video assets to digital distribution systems and partner platforms.
• Input, verify, and maintain accurate metadata and tagging information.
• Assist in YouTube channel management, including manual claims and content ownership updates.
• Support tracking and reporting of content ingestion progress.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of releases.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all content meets platform requirements.
• Support the digital and marketing teams in preparing regular performance and content reports for the management team.

Who you are:

• Current student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Basic understanding of digital music distribution and YouTube content management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Flexible and proactive in a dynamic environment.
