Job Summary

ClearBridge is offering an excellent opportunity for undergraduate students looking to gain experience in the investment management industry. Our 10-week summer internship program will provide exposure to the equity investment business and the opportunity to enhance your education, skills and knowledge. The ClearBridge team you join will be based on your skills, experience and areas of interests. Our interns gain meaningful hands-on working experience from their respective team. Additionally, all interns participate in our development program, which includes speakers and/or training on various topics including ClearBridge investment products, our fundamental research process, the roles of our sales and client service teams, etc.  The intern experience is further enhanced through participation in an intern group project and other social and volunteer events.

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• A passion for learning about financial markets.
• High proficiency in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful, with both a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and organize to meet deadlines.

The intern salary range is targeted for $30 to $38 hourly. Pay offered may vary depending on function, location, experience, year in school.
