Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Stationary Engineers for projects located in and around Baltimore, MD.  This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $43/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Stationary Engineer eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

 

Job Scope: 

• Operate and Monitor Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, and other Power Plant Equipment, Ensuring all Systems Run Safely and Efficiently
• Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance including Lubrication, Gasket and Valve Replacement, and Cleaning of Boilers, Strainers, and Related Components
• Diagnose and Repair Issues with Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation Systems, using Proper Tools and Test Equipment
• Maintain Detailed Logs of Equipment Readings, Inspections, and Maintenance Activities

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Operating and Maintaining Boilers, Chillers, and Related Mechanical Systems
  • Strong Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems in Commercial or Industrial Facilities
  • Able to Read and Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, and Gauges
  • Proficiency in Maintaining Accurate Logs and Maintenance Records
  • Able to Troubleshoot Equipment Malfunctions and Perform Repairs Safely and Efficiently
  • Able to Work Second Shift (3:30 PM-12:30 AM) and Occasional Weekends or Holidays as Required
  • Physically Capable of Lifting up to 50 Pounds, Climb Ladders, and Work in Confined Spaces
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Safety Protocols
