Sr Manager – Partner Marketing

Location: Nashville, TN or Remote

Overview

Asurion is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative marketer to lead initiatives across our wireless, cable, and satellite accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently and clearly manage multiple priorities.

The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution for accounts within Asurion’s Partner Marketing organization. This role will shape initiatives that drive growth and performance across Asurion’s protection products. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Client Services, Product, Legal, Creative, and Analytics—to assess performance, identify opportunities, develop growth strategies, and support product launches.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the main day-to-day POC for the client, leading meetings and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure trust and seamless execution.
  • Develop and drive sell-in, value storytelling, and growth strategies that meet client and business objectives.
  • Partner with shared services to design communications, training, and customer acquisition plans.
  • Execute marketing tactics—online, in-store, and notifications—to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report key marketing KPIs and consumer insights to inform priorities, optimize performance, and influence partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services, Product, Creative, Regulatory, and Analytics teams to foster cohesion and drive joint initiatives.
  • Be a strong culture role model, leading by example in modeling Asurion’s values and work principles.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Wireless industry background in marketing, strategy, or sales.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving business objectives; leverages data, insights, and cross-functional relationships to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Proven track record driving measurable results across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Strong presentation skills for senior leadership and external clients, effectively selling ideas and securing alignment.
  • Experienced in developing and managing marketing campaigns and materials (print, email, digital) alongside creative teams.
  • Skilled at creating advocacy and education for diverse audiences, from sales teams to channel partners and consumers.
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator, building alignment and collaborating across matrixed environments.
  • Articulate and meticulous, with high attention to detail and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and proactively updates leadership on progress and insights.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Maintains professionalism in a fast-paced setting, with numerous interactions and interruptions.
