Role Overview
The HSE, Marine & Land Application Support Analyst provides L1–L3 technical and functional support across three distinct sub-verticals: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) applications (primarily Intelex), Marine operations applications, and Land data management and visualization platforms. This role handles a diverse application portfolio requiring adaptability and cross-functional support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1–L3 support for Intelex (HSE platform) including functional troubleshooting, configuration, and user support
Support and maintain Marine operations applications
Support Land applications including custom apps, data integration/visualization
Administer and develop custom data visualizations using Spotfire, PowerBI, and Survey123 (ArcGIS) for HSE and Land operational reporting
Perform Intelex platform administration: incident module configuration, workflow updates, form customization
Develop and maintain integrations for Land data pipelines using FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) integrations handle approx. FME integrations
Apply patches, security updates, and upgrades to in-scope HSE, Marine, and Land applications
Assist with ArcGIS Geospatial platform support tasks and Survey123 form development
Manage L1/L2 bulk data load tasks and data corrections as they arise
Participate in Agile sprints maintain JIRA stories across HSE, and Land/Marine (JIRA) queues
Required Skills & Tools
HSE Platform: Intelex — administration, support, configuration, and basic development are essential NORSOK S-006 awareness for Norway scope
Geospatial / Land: ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcGIS Hub, Survey123), FME Workbench (basic to intermediate), GIS data concepts
BI / Visualization: Spotfire, Power BI — dashboard development, scheduling, and maintenance
Integration Basics: FME workflows (simple/medium complexity), ETL awareness, REST API basics
Marine Apps: Any exposure to maritime operations platforms (scheduling, vessel tracking) is advantageous
Ticketing/Agile: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence — daily usage
Soft Skills: Ability to context-switch across three sub-verticals strong documentation habits safety-conscious mindset
Nice to Have
Prior experience with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) software platforms
Knowledge of NORSOK standards for Norwegian operations context
Familiarity with ArcGIS Hub 11.x upgrade processes
Experience with Intelex reporting module or custom form builder
Exposure to SCADA or field data collection tools
