Short Description

• First point of contact on escalations
• Service Recovery Delays and Cancellations
• Facilitate Patient Flow via EPIC
• Patient Experience and employee observation rounding

Experience Required

• 3-5 year's experience preferred

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma.  Bachelor's Degree preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

• CPR

Special Requirements

• Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
• Epic Transport Command Center preferred.
