We’re looking for a junior CRM solutions consultant to join our ranks as a member of the Advisor Digital Solutions group. The junior CRM solutions consultant will be crucial in guiding our affiliates to optimize usage of new and existing CRM systems. You will collaborate with affiliates, home office staff, and internal teams to ensure each platform’s capability is fully leveraged.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the CRM market and tools—including core functionality, integrations, and differences—to assist affiliates and choose the right platform for their needs.
  • Consult with offices to build customized CRM implementation plans and guide them through discovery, design, implementation, migration, training, and optimization.
  • Elevate practice efficiency by helping affiliates leverage their chosen CRM system—through training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one sessions that highlight success stories and best practices within our community.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions, training, and recommendations for optimal platform usage.
  • Report to and work closely with the platform owner to align with the goals and objectives of the CRM platform implementation and experience.
  • Handle issue escalations related to conversions and work with the IT Service team to ensure timely communication and resolution with partners.

  • You have excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. Strong ability to communicate and engage with affiliates, technology partners, and home office staff frequently.
  • You’re naturally empathetic and care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about solving problems for affiliates.
  • You have a friendly approach to teaching and helping others.
  • You interact positively and respectfully with others, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • You’re not afraid of unfamiliar content, getting up to speed quickly, and providing support for our advisor community, all while learning to understand and leverage our products.
  • You have technology, market, and business knowledge related to the financial RIA/broker-dealer and fintech industries, and can use that experience to help deliver best practices for affiliates.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a related role focused on financial CRMs, project management, advisor support, or platform education within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Redtail, WealthBox, or Salesforce Financial Cloud is a plus.
