Job SummaryMust report directly to a Senior Vice President or Group Vice President. This is an enterprise-levelProject Manager. The Senior Project Manager manages projects that have Enterprise/strategic impact.Independently manages multiple projects, typically interrelated, with moderate to high levels ofcomplexity, risk, and visibility in metricized. The Senior Project Manager possesses advanced knowledgeand experience of project management fundamentals. This advanced knowledge and experience allowsthe Senior Project Manager to organize all end-to-end aspects of a project, even with elevated levels ofinitial ambiguity/uncertainty. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project documentation,updates, tracking and progress reports through all project phases until delivery/ sign off. The Senior PMhas innovative and conceptual thinking capabilities. She/he seamlessly interfaces with allinternal/external project stakeholders and executive sponsors. The Senior Project Manager is resultsdriven and through advanced utilization of project management knowledge areas and experience,complex projects are delivered within scope and on time.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree

 

Minimum Experience Requirements5 years of experience in formal project management, required.5-7 years of experience in healthcare, PMO, information technology or project related industry, preferred.

 

License/Certifications Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience, required.
