Location: Charlotte, NC (Relocation Assistance Available) Schedule: Monday–Friday, with additional availability based on business needs Bonus: $1000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary: We are actively seeking a skilled Handrail Installer to join our growing team and take on high-end, custom handrail projects in the Charlotte, NC area. If you're located outside this region, we’re happy to help the right candidate relocate and get started. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Install luxury, custom handrail systems in both new builds and renovations 
  • Interpret plans, take accurate measurements, and ensure code compliance 
  • Work with a variety of materials: wood, metal, glass, cable, etc. 
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites 
  • Communicate progress, updates, and needs with the Installation Manager 
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in handrail installation requiredPreferred:
  • Experience with over-the-post and curved rail systems 
  • Proficiency in trim carpentry and finish work 
  • Strong woodworking skills and material versatility 
  • Ability to work from plans and blueprints 
  • Solid math and geometry skills 
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record and valid driver's license 
  • Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed (>75%) 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and pride in quality work
