Role Summary

Provides hands on IT support for the APAC region which encompasses China and India business units.  The role supports day to day end user technology, hardware deployment, office IT needs, and local infrastructure while partnering closely with Central IT to maintain stable and secure regional operations.  The role will help support productivity and AI adoption across the business.  This role reports to central IT in Boulder, with local oversight in Shenzhen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for users in Shenzhen and India as needed
  • Support Mac and Windows devices, printers, conference room technology, office IT systems, and local infrastructure
  • Manage hardware setup, deployment, onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, and access
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 tools, with strong emphasis on Teams, along with local Feishu usage as needed
  • Assist with patching, access control, endpoint protection, and other basic security practices
  • Help employees adopt and effectively use approved AI and productivity tools
  • Coordinate with Central IT and third-party vendors on support issues and local projects
  • Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and support procedures
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network support
  • Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with hardware setup, device deployment, and end-user support
  • Familiarity with user access management, endpoint support, and basic security practices
  • Basic English speaking ability required; must be somewhat fluent and able to work effectively with US-based teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Shenzhen and collaborate across time zones
