Overview

Aspire Indiana Health is looking for reliable and passionate volunteers to assist with the Winter Contingency/Weather Response Shelters which will operate December 1st , 2025 - March 31st, 2026.

The ideal volunteer is a proactive and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. As a volunteer, you will be assisting Aspire staff with the following tasks:

• Food preparation and service
• Organizing and tracking donations
• Orientating new residents to the shelter
• Assisting with activities for the families (including children) staying in the shelter
• Providing administrative support

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, develop new skills, and connect with like-minded people dedicated to making a difference.  Please note: All volunteers will be required to pass a background check. This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity and is not considered employment with Aspire Indiana Health.
