Pay Range:  $108k - $135k based on experience

Hospice nurses provide end of life care to help ensure the comfort and quality of life for their patients.  They primarily work in collaborative, team-driven environments that require frequent communication with their patients, families and other caregivers.  The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, patient and calm.  Hospice nurses are caring and kind individuals who possess a special hospice heart who can help our patients celebrate the rest of their life’s journey.  

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Admissions in the administrative management of the Admissions Department making decisions as outlined by established standards, policies and procedures. Serves as a professional leader of the Admissions Department.
• Serves as liaison between the Admissions Department and other areas of the organization.
