Join Our Team as a Laborer at STARLINK!
Location: Odessa, FL 33556
Schedule: Shift Starts 6:30am, M-F

- Hourly Range: $16.00 – 18.00, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Support job site setup and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools for material handling and site preparation.
- Assist with digging, backfilling, and installing utilities or concrete.
- Work closely with equipment operators and foremen to complete tasks.
- Participate in daily safety checks and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in construction or physical labor preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfort working in all weather conditions and around active job sites.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, CDL is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular standing, lifting, stooping, and reaching.
- Outdoor work in varied weather.
- Visual and hearing acuity for job site safety and communication.

Our Corporate Office and Construction Yard are closely located within 5 miles of each other, in Odessa, off of SR 54 and Veterans HW. Employees are taken to job sites from the Construction Yard every day to jobs across Tampa.
