As part of our Order Management team, we are looking for a Fulfillment Support Specialist to help manage and improve our order fulfillment processes. This role will focus on monitoring open orders, identifying and resolving operational issues, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
You’ll work closely with store operations, dropship vendors, warehouse teams, and technical stakeholders to drive issue resolution and process improvements. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a 6 month project.
Responsibilities
- Monitor E-commerce open orders and proactively identify fulfillment issues across stores, dropship, and warehouse channels.
- Analyze dashboards and create reports to detect fulfillment bottlenecks, operational issues, and root causes, enabling timely resolution and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Document findings, resolutions, and process changes clearly and consistently.
- Support reporting needs and contribute to weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Maintain alignment across teams through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong communication skills with experience working across technical and business teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in issue detection and documentation.
- Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Experience in stakeholder management and process coordination.
- Familiarity with agile project environments.
- Ability to produce clear reports and maintain structured documentation.
Desired:
- Experience in omnichannel operations, including dropshipping and store fulfillment.
- Understanding of retail and omni-channel operational flows.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to order management systems (OMS) and warehouse systems (WMS).
