Overview

At Foot Locker, we’re committed to delivering seamless and inspiring experiences to our customers across all channels. As part of our Order Management team, we are looking for a Fulfillment Support Specialist to help manage and improve our order fulfillment processes. This role will focus on monitoring open orders, identifying and resolving operational issues, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You’ll work closely with store operations, dropship vendors, warehouse teams, and technical stakeholders to drive issue resolution and process improvements. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

 

This is a 6 month project.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor E-commerce open orders and proactively identify fulfillment issues across stores, dropship, and warehouse channels.
  • Analyze dashboards and create reports to detect fulfillment bottlenecks, operational issues, and root causes, enabling timely resolution and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Document findings, resolutions, and process changes clearly and consistently.
  • Support reporting needs and contribute to weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Maintain alignment across teams through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong communication skills with experience working across technical and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in issue detection and documentation.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and process coordination.
  • Familiarity with agile project environments.
  • Ability to produce clear reports and maintain structured documentation.

Desired:

  • Experience in omnichannel operations, including dropshipping and store fulfillment.
  • Understanding of retail and omni-channel operational flows.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Exposure to order management systems (OMS) and warehouse systems (WMS).
