Join the Radiance Technologies Team supporting the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) as a Space Control Planner. This on-site position works under direct Government oversight and plays a critical role in planning and integrating space control capabilities in support of national defense priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate strategic and operational plans for space control operations and terrestrial-based capabilities.

  • Support the planning and execution of exercises and training events aligned with joint and service-level objectives.

  • Collaborate across DoD and interagency partners to ensure space control efforts are integrated into broader mission planning.

  • Produce and maintain planning documentation including SOPs, policy guides, schedules, and operational checklists.

  • Advise government stakeholders on space control strategies, operational concepts, and implementation best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and support of current and future space control initiatives.

  • Proficiency in analytical tradecraft, processes, databases, and tools.

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

  • Solid understanding of space control activities and operational environment.

Required Experience:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E).

  • Background in exercise planning, including briefing senior decision-makers.

  • Managerial or team leadership experience.

  • Ability to research, draft, and assess policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of direct space control experience in lieu of degree.

Travel:

  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).

Pay:

$100,000-$105,000
