Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Millwrights of All Skill Levels for a project located in Orange, TX. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay range is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Install, assemble, align & maintain precision machinery; ball mills, turbines, pumps, conveyors, compressors, generators, fans & hydraulic systems
• Plan, inspect, verify & document
• Dismantle, repair, remove & reassemble industrial machinery, equipment, and structural components
• Fabricate, cut, drill, weld & modify machine parts & foundations
• Operate machinery such as lathes & grinders to produce precise repair components
• Read/interpret blueprints, schematic drawings & technical manuals
• Site cleanup & debris management following demolition and dismantling activities
• Support rigging operations, including moving, securing, and positioning of heavy equipment under supervision
• Serve as fire watch during cutting, welding, or other hot work, ensuring compliance with safety procedures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently to perform assigned tasks
• Inspect, clean, and maintain tools and work areas
