  • Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for pain management patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. 
  • Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. 
  • Serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed. 
  • Supports the organization’s vision and mission. 
  • Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. 
  • Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Valid RN Oklahoma license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Associates degree minimum
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

  • ACLS /ALS (within 60 days of employment)
  •  PALS (within 90 days of employment)

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • One year Critical Care or Pain Management experience
