Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Flooring Installers for projects located in the Vancouver, WA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Measure, prepare & install a variety of residential and commercial flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet

• Prepare subfloors

• Remove existing flooring

• Cut materials to fit around obstacles

• Apply adhesives

• Set materials as needed

• Surface preparation, layout, alignment, and finish work

• Operating hand and power tools safely

• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
