We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions—including ECM platforms, intelligent capture, automation, and secure file transfer—for a range of enterprise and government clients. What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical implementation of ECM, IDP, Capture, and Automation solutions.

• Translate business requirements and technical specs into actionable development plans and design documentation.

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (PMs, architects, developers) and lock in Level of Effort (LOE).

• Own technical quality—define test cases, oversee QA, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Collaborate closely with presales to leverage reusable data models from previous projects.

• Drive Agile product execution—manage epics, stories, and backlog for development sprints.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations, infrastructure needs, and security standards.

• Manage multiple projects or focus on one large-scale delivery depending on scope.

Knowledge skills & education

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of technical solutions implementation, work experience with new and legacy technical solutions, integration, development or information management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer skills: proficient with Google application bundle.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP) and DevOps/CI-CD delivery models
• Hands-on experience with content capture and automation tools, including Kofax Capture/KTM, Globalscape, UIPath, AutoIT, and Automate
• Expertise in information and document management systems (ECM, DMS, BPM, Workflow Automation, IDP)
• Background in SaaS, outsourcing, or hosted solution environments is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Culturally adaptable and experienced working with global teams, including Centers of Excellence (COE)
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and flexible, with the ability to work remotely, on-site, or across time zones as needed (English required; additional languages a plus)

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
