Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation.
Are you a technically savvy project manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and innovation?
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions—including ECM platforms, intelligent capture, automation, and secure file transfer—for a range of enterprise and government clients. In this role, you won’t just manage timelines—you’ll shape solutions by collaborating directly with architects, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex business needs into scalable, high-impact systems.
You'll also play a strategic role in optimizing our solution engineering process, using data models and past project insights to support presales and continuous improvement efforts.
This is your chance to join a collaborative, cross-functional team and make a measurable impact in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
What we offer:
Lead the technical implementation of ECM, IDP, Capture, and Automation solutions.
Translate business requirements and technical specs into actionable development plans and design documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (PMs, architects, developers) and lock in Level of Effort (LOE).
Own technical quality—define test cases, oversee QA, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate closely with presales to leverage reusable data models from previous projects.
Drive Agile product execution—manage epics, stories, and backlog for development sprints.
Ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations, infrastructure needs, and security standards.
Manage multiple projects or focus on one large-scale delivery depending on scope.
