Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Professional: Contingent Worker Management to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of our contingent workforce in Bangalore, from coordinating initial requirements to final offboarding and asset recovery.

You will be a key member of the Labour Category team within our Bangalore Global Capability Center, ensuring our external talent is seamlessly integrated and supported.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full contractor lifecycle: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for contract workers, including the allocation and recovery of Identification cards and Information Technology assets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors: Partner with department managers and designated suppliers to fulfill business requirements for consultants and contractors, while supporting Global Procurement Category managers with rate card negotiations.

  • Ensure financial and operational compliance: Validate supplier invoices against established checklists—including hours, rates, and shift allowances—and manage the approval of timesheets and invoices with department heads

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in managing a contingent workforce

  • Strong knowledge of Labour Category management and proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and relationship building, backed by excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, or a professional course in the Labour Category.
