Your Impact in This Role

As Production Manager for our glass recycling plant in Delavan, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you’ll take full ownership of production, manage the teams, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. You will be key to driving performance, developing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Production Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead all production operations and become the facility’s process expert

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet performance targets

  • Analyze data to identify issues and drive process improvements

  • Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate preventive maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with safety and standard operating procedures

  • Assign tasks and manage labor to align with production needs

  • Communicate effectively across teams and report to Plant Manager

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent mechanical experience, preferred.

  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing across production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and compliance

  • Experience with computerized maintenance systems and MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP preferred

  • Decision-maker with an on-the-floor approach, and ability to develop production schedules and cost-reduction initiatives

  • High-integrity people manager with a track record of building cohesive teams and inspiring accountability

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
