In this role, you will partner with business leaders to address the "people" implications of significant changes they lead across our global business. You will understand their underlying business challenges, the value they deliver to our enterprise, and will develop change management solutions that help people move through change quickly and successfully. You will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior executives. Together with the Global Lead for Change Management, you will design and deliver change management plans and activities that are tailored to the unique business challenges of the business units you support. You will also have the opportunity to facilitate change management training sessions for RGA employees at all levels, and will be a key leader in our global change management community of practice.
Principle Duties:
Designing and delivering change management plans and activities using the Prosci © methodology, to include Sponsorship Roadmaps, Manager Coaching, Resistance Management, Communication, and Training. Activities include but are not limited to performing and delivering change assessments, key communications in multiple mediums, cascading communication plans, assessing organizational changes for appropriate change approach and delivering on approach, etc.
Owning relationships with key business leaders in order to offer exceptional change management consulting for initiatives they lead.
Providing one-on-one coaching to senior leaders on their role in driving change
Facilitating high-quality change management learning workshops for all levels of the organization Collaborating with others to drive best-practices in program, project management, and training.
Participating in a Community of Practice with change champions across the global enterprise
Monitoring change outcomes by tracking change activities; measuring project outcomes; reporting change outcomes, issues, and risks to company leadership and propose mitigation approaches and solutions.
Lead and influence instructional design, development, implementation and evaluation of program training and communication materials to support extensive global user base.
Oversee documentation for entire program to ensure validity, completeness of content, and consistency with order, style, terminology, and branding standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology required
Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) in business, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
Work Experience:
8+ Years relevant, progressive experience including formal change management expertise, executive stakeholder engagement, and communications. required
Expert facilitation experience. required
Big 4 (or other) consulting experience preferred
Experience in Financial Services, specifically insurance or reinsurance preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
CCMP Certification Preferred
Prosci © Change Management Certification at the Practitioner Level (at minimum) Required
Skills & Abilities:
Participation in major business transformations (e.g., global technology platform upgrades, shared service integrations, business process reengineering, culture change, re-organizations, acquisitions, etc.) required
Expertise operating in a complex, matrixed, global organization. required
Proven track record managing work and deliverables under tight deadlines with exceptional quality required
Hands-on project experience in the areas of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training required
Team player able to influence others to deliver using “soft power.” required

Compensation Range:
$104,350.00 - $155,350.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
