RGA seeks an intern to join the Global Valuation Operations team during the summer of 2025. The intern will assist in various projects furthering valuation-related initiatives, including the migration of legacy systems to new enterprise data platforms (EDP), providing exposure to both the technical and business aspects of valuation operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Gain a basic understanding of the data tools used by the Global Valuation Operations team including, but not limited to Alteryx, SQL, Dbt, Oracle, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement to management, and lead/participate in solution design.
• Summarization and reporting of progress and findings.
• Collaboration with team members to accomplish tasks. 
• Projects as assigned with completion according to instructions.  

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies. Strong Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
