A Brief Overview
Lead process transformation initiatives within USIM Operations, leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. Influence and collaborate with USIM partners and corporate functions to ensure automation efforts are plugged into larger-scale transformation efforts. Partner with operations leadership to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you will do
Drive process transformation across USIM Operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to ensure our processes are best able to handle expected growth
Advise, influence, and collaborate with operations stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and change management.
Coach operations stakeholders through potential AI/automation fears
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Conduct impact analyses, ROI assessments, and opportunity-cost analyses for automation initiatives.
Mentor team members on digital transformation best practices and process optimization techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related work experience required
MBA, MPH, other relevant advanced degree preferred
10+ Years of experience in insurance/reinsurance/financial services/other relevant industry required
7+ Years of advanced analytics experience required
7+ Years of process improvement experience required
1+ Years of AI knowledge (tooling, strategy) required
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in operational processes. required
Experience with automation tools and frameworks. required
Ability to translate data insights into actionable process changes. required
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. required
Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues. required
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including mentoring and influencing others. required
Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects under tight deadlines. required
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
Prosci Change Practitioner Certification preferred

Compensation Range:
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
