We are looking for a Financial Control & Performance Management Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance.

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while supporting management in key decision-making.

What you’ll do:

• Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Own business planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the P&L
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
• Analyze performance, identify risks & opportunities, and support business strategy
• Partner closely with management and operational teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years of experience in Financial Control / Performance Management
• Strong business and analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Real Estate experience is valued
• Proactive, hands-on, team-oriented profile
