Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

One of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Associate’s degree and 2 years of health information systems experience
• 5 of the most recent 7 years' experience working with health information systems

Working knowledge of Epic EHR systems configuration in a complex healthcare environment

Familiarity with clinical workflows and the integration of Epic modules

Demonstrated ability to analyze system requirements and translate user needs into effective healthcare IT solutions

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

EPIC Certification

Desired Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or computer science

Extensive experience in systems analysis with a proven track record of successful project design, development, and implementation specifically within Epic EHR systems

Responsibilities

Performs complex EHR systems analysis, providing technical guidance and expert advice on the processes, procedures, and system flows critical to the information management and strategic goals of Infirmary Health (IH) and other entities.
