About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead and support our campus recruitment efforts, internship program, and early career hiring strategies, while also serving as a flexible resource and, when needed, can step in to support and manage technical recruitment across the organization. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with leaders across the business to attract exceptional talent and strengthen our employer brand. This role will report to our VP, Talent Acquisition and be based at our headquarters in New York City.
You will:
Support and help drive our overall campus recruitment and early talent strategy by fulfilling our internship requisitions across the various Business Units, globally.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for early talent positions, and some technical roles (when needed).
Along with the Campus Manager, help to manage the end-to-end internship program, including planning, hiring, onboarding, programming, performance cycles, and conversion initiatives.
Work with the Campus Manager to build and enhance early career pipelines by nurturing relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus partners.
Analyze trends in talent market and campus engagement to inform strategy and improve outcomes year over year.Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
Guide hiring teams on interviewing best practices, calibration, and decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the VP, Talent Acquisition to refine hiring strategies and support broader TA initiatives.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy and optimize processes.
Willingness to travel 20% of the time for career fairs and other university related events.
You Have:
5-7 years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting and/or campus/early career hiring.
Demonstrated success managing internship or early talent programs preferred.
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on, high-volume execution.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Based in the NYC area, with the ability to be in the office minimally 3 days per week.
