Job Description:

We are seeking a Retail Marketing Lead to join our Macau team for a 12-month mission. This role is designed to bring specialized cross-market client development expertise, strengthen our engagement with high-value Greater Bay Area (GBA) clientele, and elevate retail excellence standards through collaboration, knowledge transfer, and capability building.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-market client development initiatives, focusing on attracting, activating, and retaining high-value GBA and cross-border clientele.
  • Translate client insights into actionable clienteling, marketing, and boutique strategies to drive growth and reinforce Macau’s premium positioning.
  • Build capability within Macau teams by providing coaching, creating playbooks, and facilitating structured collaboration.
  • Develop and implement Macau-specific client loyalty programs with personalized outreach and reward mechanisms.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance client strategies and deliver measurable, high-impact results.
  • Establish strong partnerships with marketing teams and boutique managers to boost client engagement.
  • Design and execute tailored marketing initiatives that enhance the appeal of Macau to premium regional clients.
  • Engage proactively with landlords and mall managers to leverage local market intelligence and partnership opportunities.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and facilitate collaboration between retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in client experience, service quality, and retail performance.

 

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin advantage
  • Luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of luxury client expectations, boutique experience standards and CRM-driven performance management
  • Proven expertise in client development, VIC engagement and relationship management, with a strong track record of driving client loyalty and commercial performance
  • Proficiency in data analysis and insights-driven decision making
  • Expertise in retail marketing and clienteling
  • Experience in designing and implementing loyalty programs
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
  • Project management and execution skills
