Join our team at Saint Luke's East as an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN Plus where you'll play a vital role in evaluating and assessing the effects of occupational therapy interventions for clients across all ages dealing with accidents, injuries, diseases, or conditions.

Shift Details: 

• PRN Days
• 8:30AM- 4PM
• 2 Weekend Shifts a month plus weekday availability
• 2 Holiday Shift requirements

The Work: 

As an OT, you'll address not just the physical aspects but also the emotional and environmental needs of clients. Your expertise will guide clients on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance their daily living skills and work capabilities. The ultimate aim of occupational therapy is to enhance or sustain clients' ability to engage in daily activities and achieve independence.

Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

- Evaluate clients post-impairment, injury, or disease.

- Develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.

- Continuously reassess client progress and contribute to discharge planning.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize client care.

- Provide guidance to supportive personnel and supervise treatment by students and OT assistants.
