Job Description
Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team.
Areas of service include Northland counties such as Clay, Platte and Ray
Responsibilities:
- Swing shift and varies M-F. Remote for administrative, in-office meetings twice monthly, client contact is conducted in-person and in the community.
- Provides trauma-informed care and assists children, youth, and families cope with complex behavior and mental health needs
- Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: clinical case management, crisis intervention, social-emotional skill building, parent education, assisting families to ensure basic needs are met, and consultation with community agencies to serve clients and their families
- Individuals will reduce barriers for clients and their families by meeting with them in their homes, schools, and in the community
- Completes progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required documentation within required timeframe
- This role will share coverage for weekend crisis on-call phone
- Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Must have a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
