Meaningful Work From Day One:
Support Woodford Reserve Distillery operations in the areas of finance, logistics, operations and other general business and administrative needs.

What You Can Expect:
● Serve as payroll timekeeper in Workday system for Woodford Reserve and Old Forester Distillery locations
● Act as the main point of contact for vendor management and Coupa system operations
● Assist Controller with miscellaneous month-end accounting items
● Perform monthly reporting to assist site management as needed.
● Oversee the administration of uniform program for Woodford Reserve
● Distribute incoming and outgoing office mail in a timely manner.
● Purchase and oversee the distribution of employee gifts for recognition and special occasions.
● Maintain oversight of breakroom service vendors, including vending and janitorial providers.
● Support planning and execution of team meetings and events, such as Communications Meetings, Annual Training Day and Employee Appreciation celebrations, etc.
● Submit vendor payments on behalf of the Woodford Reserve Donations Committee, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
● Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
● Any other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and business management, including at least 1 year of payroll administration
● Possesses a strong administrative background, demonstrating proficiency in office operations, document management, scheduling, and cross-functional support.

● Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability by readily taking on new responsibilities and assignments as they arise
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with distributor, accounts and customers
● Highly organized and able to work independently
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to operate very effectively in a collaborative environment

What Makes You Unique:
● Working knowledge of Workday, SAP, etc.
● Prior experience with Google Applications or Microsoft Business Suite
