Provide an exceptional retail experience and create a welcoming and hospitable experience for each guest.

What You Can Expect

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance and product education to gift shop customers.

  • Operate the retail POS system to process sales accurately and efficiently.

  • Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity.

  • Restock shelves, rotate merchandise, and maintain organized displays.

  • Perform light cleaning to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

  • Operate bottle engraving equipment (training provided).

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and relay messages accurately.

  • Assist with floor resets and seasonal merchandising changes.

  • Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.

  • Monitor supply levels and report needs to management.

  • Communicate inventory questions and requests to the inventory specialist.

  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing gift shop floor presentation.

  • Take customer orders and process transactions quickly and professionally.

  • Support inventory management, including cycle counting.

  • Resolve minor customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Age 21+ with high school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year retail experience; strong customer service skills

  • Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, some evenings)

  • Experience with retail software and cash handling

  • Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead by example and uphold company values

  • Team-oriented, accountable, detail-focused, and self-motivated

  • Physical ability: lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance

  • Friendly, welcoming attitude
