Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the following technologies:
- Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
- Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Workday Integration and/or Studio certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration details
- Experience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancements
- Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar tools
- Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing
The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $138,000 - $166,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
