In the division HRT, Heating and Refrigeration Technologies, we are looking for a Service Sales Support. In this position you are part of the Service Department.
As Service Sales Support, you work closely with Service Director. The department under which the position falls is centrally managed from our headquarter in İzmir, Turkiye.
As Service Sales Support, you are the first point of contact for our contractors and customers. Coordinating the operational employees, subcontractors and monitor safety, quality, planning and steering where necessary are also part of your responsibility’s.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is met in line with business objectives and actively supporting service sales activities and sales channels.
  • Understanding the business processes, interfacing with core business functions,
  • Building deep expertise in relevant product line
  • Using CRM and SAP systems in the best possible way
  • Managing customer requests and provide them the best suitable solution.

  • Preparation of
    • Quotations by using GEA software tools
    • Technical clarifications with GEA Factories around the world
    • Cost estimates / calculations offers of Workshop and Service works
    • Aftersales documentations
    • Order tracking, creating and follow-up of the supply process for spare parts
    • Entry, output, and invoicing of spare part stocks via CRM and SAP systems
    • Planning and complete the reporting requested by the Service Sales Department with the Service Director in order of priority to ensure the sharing of information between departments on all activity issues...

  • Responsible for order management with GEA HRT factories as well as 3rd party suppliers
  • Ensuring correct entry & update of all projects, iBase, safety stocks and related data to CRM system
  • To ensure coordination in the workflows of workshop, technical service, and spare parts units in accordance with the activities of the Service Sales Department
  • Controlling of receivables and reporting to Service Director
  • Receiving necessary approval for import and export documents between departments and suppliers

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Having an excellent level of English is a must
  • Having an good level of Russian is a plus
  • Having a resilient, can-do mind-set
  • Being an outstanding communicator – written and verbal – able to work with individuals across levels, functions, brands, countries, and cultures
  • Listens carefully and contributes own opinion in a constructive manner and to the point
  • Makes customers and their needs a high priority focus of one’s actions; shows interest in, and meets or exceeds expectations for both internal and external customers
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers; keeping organizational policies in mind.
  • Computer literacy including knowledge of MS Office and SAP
