Explore a career in real estate through a hands‑on internship that provides exposure to portfolio finance, real estate development, and sustainability. Interns will support active development projects by conducting financial and “what‑if” analyses, creating presentation decks, and collaborating closely with project managers across the portfolio.
You’ll build stronger analytical and detail‑oriented skills while reviewing schedules tied to legal agreements, validating data, and potentially participating in market tours and site visits. This internship is offering immersive professional experience and a meaningful opportunity to gain real‑world insight, develop practical skills, and lay the foundation for a future in real estate.
This in‑person internship (2 vacancies) runs from late May through early August 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Interns are responsible for adhering to the program parameters of an internship plan for the assigned department(s). Such a program plan is intended to give exposure to the intern of key processes and workflows of the assigned department(s) and to help the intern gain real-world knowledge of business operations.
