Kamehameha Schools is currently looking for a Behavioral Health Supervisor for our Maui Campus. Kuleana will include leading & supervising a team of 4 Behavioral Health Specialists while providing some direct services, crisis support, and care coordination as needed. This position supports student mental health and well‑being through collaboration with families, staff, and external providers; serves on the Student Success Team and provides on‑call crisis response.

Job Summary
Supervises Behavioral Health Specialists. Provides behavioral health counseling services to students individually and in groups. Provides crisis intervention services following established protocols. Responsible for supporting overall well-being of students. Participates on Student Success Team with responsibility for coordinating development and implementation of student supports plans for students identified as needing Tier II or III supports. Responsible for communicating with families, including home visits, and helping coordinate receipt of off-campus extended professional services with supports at school. Teaches classes to students and is a resource to employees on behavioral health related topics. Provides 24 hour "on-call" crisis/emergency intervention services in situations which affect the safety and well-being of a student.
Note: Housing is a condition of employment for those Behavioral Health Supervisors assigned to support the campus student residential community.
