Working Hours/Shift:
FT, Wednesday -Saturday, 10 hour shifts (10 am-8 pm)

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
Education
- CADAAC certification plus at least eight (8) years of experience working in a behavioral health field OR
- Associate of Arts degree in a social science field plus at least six (6) years of experience working in a behavioral health field OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus at least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field OR
- Master’s degree in a social science field plus at least two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
Experience
- Above-referenced experience and one year in a leadership role
License or Certification
- BBS Registration as an Associate or LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist, preferred
- Valid California Driver's License.
NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position has primary responsibility for oversight of mental health services, case management services, and client support services to youth and their families.
Division/Program Overview:
- 24/7 voluntary residential setting specifically for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) at risk and needs a higher level of care, but lower than a psychiatric hospital
- Facility equipped to serve up to 15 Youth
- Provides mental health services that include individual therapy, group rehabilitation, medication management, and case management
- Incorporates the tenets of recovery, peer support, and identifying community connections
- Connects individuals to educational and vocational services and initiating the process of locating housing.
