19.50 - 21.50 USD Per Hour

Working Hours/Shift:

Mon - Fri: 9 AM - 5 PM

What you bring to SBHG : 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Associate's Degree preferred. 

  • One (1) year general office experience is required without an Associates' Degree. 

  • Bilingual in Spanish/ English preferred. 

  • Valid California Driver's License. 

 

How you will make a difference: 

This position has primary responsibility for administrative support of TEAMMATES services. This position performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks including typing, preparing reports, entering data, maintaining files, assisting with TM Supervisors and Coordinators intake process, receiving visitors, and processing confidential information. Additionally, the position will assist with billing audits, chart reviews, tracking reports and forms, creating reports, and general QA tasks assigned. Office Assistants may assist with audits conducted at any center under the facilitation of the Administrative Services Director, the QA Manager, the TEAMMATES Clinical Data Assistant, or the Medical Records Coordinator. 

 

Division/Program Overview:  

  • Community-Based and Family Centered programs. 

  • TEAMMATES offers Wraparound, Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) and IFCCS Outreach Triage Team and Child Outreach Triage Team services that cover a full range of treatment and support. 

  • 24 hours of referral receipt, and services are delivered countywide by the same team 

  • 24-hour Crisis Intervention 

  • SED Children and Adolescent driven program.  

  • Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed by service provider and family.  

  • Contract with DMH and Child Protected Services and Probation.
