Starting Compensation:

22.00 - 28.00 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

Community Based Fresno County

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Working hours are approximate and may include flexibility as needed to meet client needs.

What you bring to SBHG: 

  • Associate degree plus two (2) years of experience working in a mental/behavioral health field required (Internship may be substituted for a portion of the work experience) OR
  • Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) months of experience preferred. (Internship may be substituted for a portion of the work experience)
  • Valid California Driver’s License required and must meet Agency driver eligibility criteria.

How you will make a difference: 

  • Work within the program model’s framework, including appropriate Evidence-Based Practices, to provide services to clients and their families.
  • Provides services at the office, in the community, and in clients’ homes. Uses a personal vehicle to drive within the community to provide services and to transport clients in the personal vehicle.
  • Provides case management services to clients and their families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Participates in meetings, such as Treatment Team Meetings, to ensure clients’ needs are met and recommendations are followed through.
  • Documents all services provided clearly and concisely within the Electronic Medical Record within the timelines and framework established by Stars.
