Responsibilities 

• Lead the execution and delivery of AI/ML Projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program and project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. 

• Coordinate with Data Engineering, Software Development, Data Analytics and other stakeholders to drive successful implementation, ensuring requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions as needed. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timelines. 

• Lead and motivate project teams, conducting regular status meetings and providing clear guidance to achieve objectives. 

• Prepare and deliver high-quality communication reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates ensuring transparency and accountability. 

• Establish and maintain structured weekly reporting frameworks, including detailed status reports highlighting accomplishments, milestones, risks, and issues. 

• Utilize program/project management tools and robust tracking mechanisms to maintain real-time visibility and execution discipline. 

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to inform solution design and strategic decision-making. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management focused on AI or machine learning solutions with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives. 

• Proven experience leading customer engagements with significant exposure to AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and solution architecture. 

• Strong understanding of AI domains such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and computer vision. 

• Ability to translate abstract business challenges into concrete AI solutions. 

• Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making and process improvement. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for digital transformation.
