Position Overview:

Manages multiple projects or multiple workstreams within a large program

Works independently with limited supervision and works across SECU functions to ensure good communication.

Has the ability to deal with challenging and complex problems that arise in the course of project management.

Participates or leads the coaching and reviewing of work for lower-level professionals.

Responsibilities

• 20% Responsible for management of multiple medium to large projects simultaneously through planning, execution, and delivery with little to no assistance.
• 20% Prioritizes work and coordinates activities/tasks/milestones across workstreams and various functional groups at SECU 
• 20% Partners with all Stakeholders to continuously identify resources required for the planning and execution phases of a project.
• 15% Responsible for tracking  all risks and issues for the project, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner, so the timeline is not impacted.  Identifies and balances all project dependencies and ensure there are no roadblocks creating risk to the project.
• 25% Responsible for maintaining all project documentation (including cross organizational project plans) and required deliverables in alignment with established EPMO standards - providing timely escalation to appropriate teams when necessary.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree

Additional five years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree

Desired Education:

Bachelors Acceptable Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics,

Required Relevant Experience:

5 Years in ATM related projects

Desired Relevant Experience:

7-10 Years in ATM related projects

Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Project management, financial institution background, experience with ATMs, good presentation skills, effective communicator

Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills: PMP certification, Scrum master certification, ITIL Certification

Special Position requirements:

• Sitting for prolonged periods
• Computer for prolonged periods
