Job Description

The ultimate responsibility of this role is to facilitate the coordination of projects  programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct support for 5 Global Social Responsibility Leaders.
  • Research collection and preparation of materials for presentations, reports, awards, speaking engagements,  and surveys.
  • Compile and complete information for reporting requirements and external recognition including JUST label, Ecovadis, customer questionnaires, B2Gnow supplier diversity program and other surveys and analytics.
  • Performs a variety of complex or technical-advanced administrative and clerical duties.
  • Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding.
  • PMO management for boards and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update DPR’s single source of truth database (SharePoint/Toolbox).
  • Coordinate with Communications & Brand.
  • Oversee the Employee Development and coach validation process.
  • Conserve leaders’ time and resources by anticipating needs and acting as a gatekeeper.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested

Anticipated starting pay range:

$22.75- $40.00
